Over the past five years, the hotline has handled over 21.48 million inquiries (averaging over 4.3 million annually) with a satisfaction rate exceeding 99 percent. It has also processed nearly 60,000 service requests assigned by the 12345 hotline and over 60,000 digital letters, achieving a 100 percent resolution rate.
After dialing "12333", press "1" for the Beijing 12333 Services, then:
Press "1" for the automated voice service for policies related to delayed retirement;
Press "2" for the automated voice service for common social insurance inquiries;
Press "3" for the automated voice service for personnel examinations and professional title evaluations;
Press "6" for the automated voice service for the 2025 contribution standards of urban/rural resident basic medical insurance;
Press "7" for the automated voice service for Beijing's subsidies for the improvement of vocational skills.
After dialing "12333", press "1" for the Beijing 12333 Services, then:
Press "4" for the automated voice service for inquiring about appraisal conclusions of personal labor capacity;
Press "5" for the automated voice service for inquiring about social insurance information for incumbent employees, designated medical institutions for retirees, and designated medical institutions for urban residents (elderly and children).
After dialing "12333", press "1" for the Beijing 12333 Services, then:
Press "0", and an operator will directly answer the call;
Press "8", and an operator will directly accept public complaints regarding work conduct.
After dialing "12333", press "1" for the Beijing 12333 Services, then:
Press "*", and the voice robot will directly answer the caller.
Foreigners may log in to the Beijing Social Insurance Rights Inquiry Service Platform (https://fuwu.rsj.beijing.gov.cn/zhrs/sbqycx/sbRights/sbRightsHome) to check the individual social insurance records of insured personnel.
According to Article 4 of the Interim Measures for the Participation in Social Insurance of Foreigners Employed in China (Decree No. 16 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security)《在中国境内就业的外国人参加社会保险暂行办法》(人社部16号令), employers hiring foreigners must complete social insurance registration for them within 30 days from the date of obtaining their employment permit.
For tax information prior to 2019, taxpayers can go to a tax service hall to apply for a "Tax Payment Certificate" (税收完税证明) (in document format) and an "Individual Income Tax Payment List" (个人所得税纳税清单) through the Golden Tax System (Phase III).
