The Center operates under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and is headquartered in Yukou Town, Pinggu District, Beijing.

Positioned as a comprehensive agricultural science and technology innovation platform, the Center integrates strategic advisory services, technology R&D, technology transfer, talent development, demonstration and application, and international exchange. It draws inspiration from the Netherlands' "Golden Triangle" model, which emphasizes collaboration among academia, industry, and government.

Leveraging its strengths in industry services, technological innovation, and technology transfer, the Center supports industrial development and has attracted numerous enterprises and institutions to establish a presence in Pinggu. It enhances enterprises' innovation capabilities and accelerates the translation of scientific research outcomes into real-world applications.

By bridging the "last mile" from scientific discovery to industrial application, the Center aims to drive industrial development through technological innovation.
